Realme Will Launch 1st Helio P70 Powered Phone; Upcoming Line of Smartphones Leaked!
Realme has declared they will be the 1st to launch smartphone with Helio P70 processor.
The current reigning smartphone brand in the country, Realme is shining high in the Indian market. All the Realme smartphones have been extremely successful, and the streak continues.
Starting with Realme 1, the company has till now launched four smartphones in the country.
Its last two smartphone, Realme C1 and Realme 2 Pro has been extremely successful due to its path-breaking specs at ultra-affordable price points. Now coming to upcoming Realme smartphones, the next models will launch by the end of the year.
Upcoming Realme Smartphones
MediaTek launched a new top performing mid-range processor, Helio P70 in the country. The Oppo-owned Realme has announced that it will be the first company it will introduce a new smartphone series under Realme with the latest Helio P70 chipset.
The first smartphone under Realme, the Realme 1 launched in India with Helio P60 chipset.
Realme then moved to Qualcomm for its chipsets. All the other three Realme smartphones: Realme 2, Realme 2 Pro and Realme C1 come with Qualcomm Snapdragon processors.
Now, the company has confirmed that it will again launch with MediaTek Helio chipsets. The upcoming Realme series has been confirmed by CEO Madhav Seth, an all-new Realme series will be powered by the latest MediaTek Helio P70 chipset.
New Realme Series: More Focus On Performance
The upcoming Realme series will primarily focus more on improving the current performance. The company already has one of the best-performing smartphones at different price categories starting at Rs 6,999.
The upcoming Realme smartphone will largely depend on AI capabilities under the ColorOS ecosystem.
The AI features will help to improve the imaging capabilities, smartphone performance, user experience, software optimization, battery management and more.
MediaTek Helio P70: What’s New?
The chipset company launched its latest MediaTek Helio chipset Helio P70 based on TSMC’s 12nm FinFET technology. The SoC has a multi-core APU stacking up to 525MHz. The chipset will available by next month in the country.
The predecessor Helio P60 has been a fine mid-range chipset powering a number of smartphones like Oppo F9 Pro and Realme 1.
The new Helio P70 is efficient enough with edge-AI processing and better battery management.
MediaTek Helio P60 vs MediaTek Helio P70: Better Than Predecessor?
Coming to the newly launched MediaTek Helio P70 chipset, it features four ARM Cortex-A73 cores. The four cores clock at up to 2.1GHz and four ARM Cortex-A53 cores clocking up to 2.0GHz.
It can speed up to 900MHz with around 13 percent better performance compared to the previous P60. The new Helio P70 can clock up to two cameras with 24+16 megapixel dual sensors with three image signal processors.
The ISPs will help to induce long-lasting battery and reduced power consumption.

The new Realme series will launch with the latest P70 chipset by the end of November or early December. It may be Realme 3 or an all-new series. The company has till now launched two smartphones under its second generation Realme phones.
