If there’s anything we’ve been constantly updating you about, it is the social messaging group Whatsapp. It has been up the news since a long time now and have been updating and releasing many new updates.

In November end, we informed you about the confirmation that Whatsapp would soon be releasing a feature wherein the users could set a time period after which the messages would get deleted automatically. It also updated on soon launching the much awaited Dark Mode feature.

Whatsapp dark Mode Feature finally Ready

WhatsApp’s long-awaited dark mode feature is finally ready for release and reportedly some of its users have already tested it.

Website WaBetaInfo, which follows developments with the beta version of the app reported in its latest blog that the Facebook-owned messaging app has revealed that the dark theme update is ready for the Android version of WhatsApp. Additionally, the iOS dark theme is also nearly set for release.

It is also important to know that the Dark Mode feature is still under development and the official release of the same is not yet announced. In a tweet shared by the blog, it reveals the gradual roll out of the Dark Mode feature for its iOS users, but it is still under process and unstable.

Auto-Delete & More Features Coming Up

WhatsApp is also testing a new beta update for iOS users, which would bring features like hide muted status update, splash screen and app badge improvements, among others. WABetaInfo also said that Whastapp can work on and fix these bugs in just 15 minutes, if they worked on it.

The blog by WABetaInfo also told that there is a possibility that the Dark Theme is somewhat visible. “When you share something in WhatsApp, for example a photo from your Camera Roll, you see the Dark Theme”, said the blog.

In terms of the Delete Message feature for its Android users, the popular messaging app is close to roll out this feature, as per which the users can decide after how long the messages will get automatically disappeared as though they never existed in the first place, much like the messages on Snapchat.
