Indeed, one of the biggest platforms for recruitment and job search has released their latest ranking of tech workplaces in India.

And the biggest surprise is the fall of TCS, World’s biggest IT Services company, as it has been ranked last in the list of 15 companies.

Adobe is #1 workplace in India, for techies.

Best Workplaces For Techies In India: Adobe At #1

$14 billion worth IT behemoth Adobe has been hailed as the best workplace for techies in India. Adobe has its presence in Noida and Bengaluru, and employ more than 19,000 employees worldwide.

In July this year, they were ranked as 4th best company to work for in India.

Out of 15 companies in the list, TCS has been ranked last at 15th position. This is indeed surprising, considering that in April this year, TCS beat Reliance to become India’s one of the few $100 billion company. In July/August, TCS was declared World’s most valued IT Services company, as it raced ahead of IBM in the list.

Top 15 Workplaces In India

In the top 10 list of the best workplaces for techies in India, all the companies are MNCs, except one.

While Adobe is at #1, Nvidia is at #2, Microsoft at #3, SAP at #4 and Akamai at #5.

ISRO, the Govt. of India owned space organization is the only Indian organization, which is placed in the top 10 list.

VMWare is at #6, Cisco at #7, Intel at #8 and Citrix is at #9.

Myntra is the second Indian company to get featured in the list, as it is placed at #12, followed by Apple at #13 and Qualcomm at #14.

Indeed is world’s one of the biggest platforms for searching and posting jobs, and this ranking of best workplaces in India has been derived after analyzing more than 100 million reviews and ratings.

As per the information received by us, Indeed uses a “proprietary algorithm to rank companies using a variety of factors, such as average rating, number of reviews, and the history of job openings.”
