Two very interesting news has come up, which concerns Nokia and OnePlus smartphones.
As per an exclusive news, it has been revealed that Nokia 8.1 can launch on November 28th, and its price can be Rs 23,999. It has been earlier rumored that Nokia X7 can be rebranded as Nokia 8.1 in India.
Meanwhile, as per another rumor, it has been revealed that OnePlus 7, the successor of recently launched OnePlus 6T won’t have 5G. This can be a major blow to those users, who were waiting for OnePlus 7 to be launched, and avoided buying OnePlus 6T.
What is happening here?
Nokia 8.1: Expected Launch November 23rd!
Based on an exclusive report by 91Mobiles, it has been revealed that Nokia 8.1 will launch in India on November 28th, and its expected price will be Rs 23,999.
They have received some insider news from retailers, who have said that HMD Global, the parent company of Nokia’s mobile phone business, has finalized November 28th as the launch date of Nokia 8.1.
Please note, that HMD Global hasn’t confirmed this news, yet.
Nokia 8.1 is the rebranded Nokia X7, which was launched in China recently.
Powered with Snapdragon 710 processor, Nokia 8.1 promises 6GB of RAM (to start with), and dual 13MP + 12MP cameras on the back.
In case it is indeed Nokia X7, then it will have 3,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging and dual slots of 4G SIMs. Besides, it is expected that Nokia 8.1 will support Google ARCore platform as well.
No media invite has been sent as of now, for the launch.

OnePlus 7 Won’t Have 5G?
CNET Spain has reported that OnePlus 7, the successor of recently launched OnePlus 6T won’t have 5G capability.
Infact, OnePlus is planning to launch a new brand, and a new line of smartphones for 5G, which will focus solely on marketing this new technology.
SoC maker Qualcomm has also confirmed this development.
As per analysts, 5G smartphones will be expensive, and cannot be accommodated under the OnePlus 7 or OnePlus 7T price range.
On the other hand, a separate flagship brand for 5G will ensure that OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7T offers a competitive edge, by a reduced price.
As per reports, this new 5G smartphone from OnePlus can be launched at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2019.
In our strategic analysis regarding OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 6T, we had included this 5G factor. But it seems that doesn’t matter now.
