5 Reasons Why You Should Buy Poco F1 | Xiaomi Poco F1

The Poco F1 packs in some top-end features at an affordable price making the smartphone a hit at this price.

Snapdragon 845

The Poco F1 will come with Qualcomm’s latest flagship processor Snapdragon 845. It’s currently the best smartphone processor. The closest rival smartphone to Poco F1 using an SD 845 is Asus Zenfone 5Z, but it costs Rs 9,000 more.

Massive Battery & Fast Charging

The smartphone will come with a 4000 mAh battery that can easily run for one and a half days on a single charge. Also, Poco F1 comes with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology to support faster charging on Xiaomi Poco F1.

LiquidCool Technology

The Poco F1 comes with a unique feature called LiquidCool technology. The Liquid Technology on Poco F1 will help the smartphone to optimize itself during over-usage helping the smartphone to offer a better thermal performance.

AI Features

The Xiaomi Poco flagship will pack in some top AI features and capabilities backed by Snapdragon 845. The smartphone will use the AI components of the Qualcomm flagship chipset with AI prowess in the form of AIE 845.

The Ridiculously Low Price

The Xiaomi Poco F1 comes at a ridiculously low starting of just Rs 20,999. If we compare other flagship SD 845 handsets, its closest rivals are Asus Zenfone 5Z and OnePlus 6, but both costs much higher.

5 Reasons Why You Should Not Buy Poco F1 | Xiaomi Poco F1

In spite of some good features, in all, the Poco F1 seems like an average package when it comes to imaging capabilities and built quality.

Plastic Body

You can’t expect a flagship to come in a polycarbonate plastic body. In terms of built quality and finish, Poco has done a very-average job with the design language and smartphone built

Average Dual Cameras

The Poco F1 has a very decent rear dual camera system. The rear camera has a 12 megapixel Sony primary sensor coupled with a 5-megapixel secondary depth sensor, same as Redmi Note 5 Pro

The Wide Notch & Huge Chin

The smartphone doesn’t have a true edge to edge display. It has a wider notch if compared to OnePlus 6, and also the chin and sides are quite big compared to other notched displays of other flagships

Face Unlock Does Not Work Well

The smartphone supports IR based face unlock system like Oppo Find X. It works most of the times in dark and bright light, but is inconsistent when the lighting conditions are not ideal

Competition

The smartphone will attract a lot of crowd at this price, but the Poco F1 isn’t truly an overall flagship. The smartphone will lose out to other affordable premium smartphones like OnePlus 6 and Asus Zenfone 5Z, and even will have a hard time competing with lower-priced Honor Play.
