HCL brings job opportunities for retired government employees- The total number of posts available were 104

The company Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) had invited applications from the eligible retired/voluntary retired candidates for the services of PSUs, including Hindustan Copper Limited or Government/Semi Government organisation including Defence service or Private organisation of repute, for several posts at the Indian Copper Complex, a unit of Hindustan Copper Limited.
On February 8, 2022, a walk-in interview was also conducted for the eligible retired Govt employees.

Type of Employment and tenure: The type of employment is going to be contractual and the tenure will be of one year.
Age Limit: The candidate who wished to apply for the posts and securing a job should not be more than 63 years of age.
Education Qualification: Candidates have been advised to read the official notification thoroughly to know the educational qualification required to apply for all the posts.
This is indeed a unique, and quite experimental recruitment drive conducted by HCL, for hiring retired Govt employees. While HCL will get the experience and expertise of the retired Govt employees, the successful hires can get a second career stint in a leading IT firm.
