The Indian Railways has decided to cancel some trains from December 1 as they have started operation only for the festive season, as per the latest reports.
It is noteworthy here that these trains will be canceled only till February.
After that, they might start operation again.
Cancellation Of Trains
The Western Railway said it has to cancel 12 trains for the winter season.
These trains will remain suspended from 1 December to 28 February 2021, according to the Western Railway.Â
So, if the train passengers are planning to go somewhere during this time, they should pay special attention to this change considering the situation.
Please note here that the Indian Railways had started nearly 668 special trains during the festive season.
The move was to avoid the rush of passengers. Many trains were operated only for Diwali and Chhath Puja 2021.
Coming to the canceled trains, these special trains were running between Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat, as per the Western Railway (WR)’s latest updates,
List Of Trains Canceled During Winter Season
1. Train No. 09017 – Bandra Terminus
Haridwar weekly special running every Wednesday will remain canceled from December 1, 2021, to February 23, 2022.
2. Train No. 09018 – Haridwar Bandra Terminus
weekly special running every Thursday to remain canceled from December 2, 2021, to February 24, 2022.
3. Train No. 09403 – Ahmedabad
Sultanpur weekly special running every Tuesday will remain canceled from December 7, 2021, to February 22, 2022.
4. Train No. 09404 – Sultanpur
Ahmedabad weekly special running every Wednesday to remain canceled from December 8, 2021 to February 23, 2022.
5. Train No. 09407 – Ahmedabad
Varanasi weekly special runs every Thursday will remain canceled from December 2, 2021 to February 24, 2022.
6. Train No. 09408 – Varanasi
Ahmedabad weekly special running every Saturday will remain canceled from December 4, 2021, to February 26, 2022.
7. Train No. 09111 – Valsad
Haridwar weekly special running every Tuesday will remain canceled from December 7, 2021 to February, 23, 2022.

Valsad weekly special running every Wednesday will remain canceled from December 8, 2021 to February 23, 2022.
9. Train No. 04309 – Ujjain
Dehradun bi-weekly special running every Wednesday and Thursday will remain canceled from December 2, 2021, to February 24, 2022.
10. Train No. 04310 – Dehradun
Ujjain bi-weekly special running every Tuesday and Wednesday will remain canceled from December 1, 2021 to February 23, 2022.
