For all the redeveloped or railway station that is being planned to get revamped, will be charged an amount of Rs 10 and Rs 50 from the people to board trains.

So while you try to book your seats the amount will be automatically added to the regular fare.
The fee mainly will be divided into 5 categories.
Charges will be more for the First Class AC and the lowest being AC-2, AC-3, sleeper category, and unreserved classes.

Railways have submitted a proposal to the Cabinet for approval. The national transporter will now issue fixed charges and notify the detailed policy.
