Wipro Offering Rs 3.5 Lakh Salary To Freshers For This Position: Eligibility, Last Date, How To Apply?

Wipro is hiring engineering graduates through its Elite National Talent Hunt 2022 program.

This is a hiring program for freshers in B.E./B.Tech / 5 years Integrated-M.Tech passing out in 2022.

Wipro had earlier said that it plans to hire 30,000 freshers this year, adding to its global workforce of  209,890.

Important Dates

The closing date of registration is 15th September.

The online assessment will take place between 25th and 27th September.

Role And Salary 

The age limit for candidates is 25 years and they will be applying for the role of Project Engineer.

The salary on offer is Rs 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Service agreement will be applicable for 12 months post joining at Rs 75,000 on pro-rata basis

Assessment 

The online assessment is 128 mins long and consists of 3 sections:

• Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability. Duration: 48 mins
• Written Communication Test: Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins
• Online Programming Test: Two programs for coding. Duration: 60 mins

For the online programming test, candidates can choose any one of these programming languages: Java, C, C++ or Python.

Eligibility Criteria

Students must be part of B.E./B. Tech (Compulsory degree)/ M.E./M. Tech (5-year integrated course) course recognised by the Central/State Government of India.

Only full-time course students may apply.

Minimum eligible scores is 60% or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent.

In 10th standard, the minimum score must be 60% or above.

In 12th standard, 60% or above.

Who Is Not Eligible?

Fashion technology, textile engineering, agriculture and food technology students are not eligible.

Those undertaking part-time or correspondence or distance learning education in degree, 10th or 12th may not apply.

Those who have applied to Wipro in the last 6 months are not eligible.
