Made In India Game: FAU-G Is On Google Play Store Now; Can It Defeat PUBG?

We all know that the popular video game PUBG found itself in a whirlwind of controversy and was banned ultimately. Within 48 hours of the ban, Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar announced the launch of a new game called FAU-G.

As per recent reports, the game is now available on the Google Play Store as well.

However, the game isn’t available for us to download and install yet. Read on to find out more details!

FAU-G Spotted On Google Play Store: Unavailable For Downloads

In September, the Government of India had banned 118 Chinese apps, one of which was the extremely popular game, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, or PUBG. India’s unpleasant relations with China resulted in the ban of countless other apps, paving the way for Bollywood’s superstar Akshay Kumar to launch the very desi Fearless And United Guards or FAU-G.

FAU-G is quite similar to PUBG, and also has a patriotic tinge to it – 20% of the net revenues will be donated to an Army fund called BharatKeVeer.

The game is being developed by nCore Games, with the support of the entrepreneur Vishal Gondal, who also launched India’s most successful wearable tech company GOQii.

However, there never was much clarity about the actual date of the launch of the game, and yet, the game is now being spotted on the Play Store.

But, the game is not available for us to download and install. As per reports, Studio nCore is only allowing users to pre-register for the game. The users who will pre-register for the game will be notified as the game is launched.
