Upcoming Xiaomi Phones 2020 | Upcoming Redmi Phones In India

Here’s the list of the expected upcoming Xiaomi phones in 2020. This includes the upcoming Redmi, Poco and Mi phones in the months of October, November and the following weeks.

Poco C3

Poco C3 in India will be available via Flipkart as a rebranded Redmi 9C under 10,000 in India. The rebranded Poco C3 has already been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and TÜV Rheinland, Bluetooth SIG certification confirms the device will be called Poco C3. Xiaomi recently unveiled Redmi 9C at the Global Ecosystem Product Event. The device was first launched in Malaysia.

As spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and TÜV Rheinland, the upcoming Poco C3 is seen with model number M2006C3MI, the same model number as Redmi 9C. It was just globally by Xiaomi in Europe at the Global Ecosystem Product Event.

Redmi K40

Redmi K40 leaked online alongside Xiaomi 120W charger. The leaked details reveal Redmi K40 with MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, 120Hz LCD display and 4,500mAh battery. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo leaked out the details hinted at the device being Redmi K40. It was previously spotted with 33W fast charging support on China’s 3C certification site. Redmi K30 was unveiled last year, while the upcoming Redmi K40 could be Poco X3 in India.

The new smartphone spotted online could be Redmi K40 as more details are being revealed. The 120W charger from Xiaomi will become the fastest charging technology available commercially.

Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro 5G

Mi 10T, Mi 10T Pro 5G India launch date is out. The Mi 10T series in India will launch on October 15 and will go on sale via Flipkart. The flagship phones from Xiaomi will come with high-end specs as the Snapdragon 865 SoC, 144Hz display, 5,000mAh battery, 33W charging, and 108MP camera. Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro come with 5G connectivity, MIUI 12 with Android 10 and are powered by Snapdragon 865 SoC,, up to 8GB RAM and either upto 256GB UFS 3.1 storage options.

The phones sport a 6.67-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection with a punch-hole. Mi 10T packs in a 64MP quad camera setup at the back, whereas the top-end Mi 10T Pro sports 108MP quad camera setup.

Redmi K30 5G

Redmi K30 5G launch in India has recently been tipped. Xiaomi may place Redmi K30 5G in India against OnePlus Nord in the mid-range segment with support for 5G. Redmi K30 features a 6.67-inch Full HD+ display offering 120Hz refresh rate in an 20:9 aspect ratio. Redmi K30 features a rear quad camera setup with primary Sony 64MP IMX686 sensor, 2-megapixel camera, 5-megapixel sensor, and an 8-megapixel wide angle camera. Upfront, Redmi K30 flaunts a 20-megapixel sensor coupled with a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The smartphone features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Redmi K30 5G in India is said to bw powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC. Redmi K30 5G will be available with upto 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.:Redmi K30 will run on the latest Android 10 with MIUI 12 out-of-the-box. Redmi K30 5G houses a sizable 4,500mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.

Redmi Note 10

The listing on the Indian BIS certification website leaked the alleged Redmi Note 10 recently. The upcoming Redmi phone in India will be powered by the newly launched octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor and will have a sizable 4,820mAh battery. The upcoming Redmi Note 10 smartphone is said to arrive in November, will be joined by the likes of Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.

Mi 10T Lite (M2007J17G) launch in India will happen on October 15 alongside Mi 10T Pro 5G. Redmi Note 10 launch may happen soon in China, and in India in a few weeks from now. 

Redmi Note 10 Pro, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max

Redmi Note 10 has been spotted running on the all-new Snapdragon 750G. The latest 5G chip will be powering the upcoming Redmi Note 10 smartphone which will include two more devices: Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max. Redmi Note 10 Pro and Pro Max in India may come with 5G, the first in the Redmi Note series to ever come with 5G support. The next generation Redmi Note 10 will support the latest 5G connectivity. 

Redmi Note 10 series will come with 5G support with the latest Qualcomm mid-range chip powering the next-generation cellular technology. While the Snapdragon 750G could only power the Redmi Note 10 Chinese variant, in India Redmi Note 10 variants may come with a different processor given 5G availability will take time.

Mi A4

Mi A4 India launch may happen, probably by October-end. Though some rumours suggest the company may tank Mi A series. Mi CC10 series is in the works, and the upcoming CC10 device will probably be remodelled as Mi A4 in India. The device is said to be launching as early as next month in China, as it will succeed the Xiaomi Mi CC9 series. Mi CC9 in India was unveiled as a remodelled Mi A3, and the upcoming Mi A4 is expected to be remodelled Mi CC10 for India.

Mi A4 concept renders leaked early this year as well and some key details were leaked about the upcoming Xiaomi Android One smartphone. The recent leak about the upcoming Mi A4 sheds more log har about the camera setup and hardware.

Mi Note 10 Lite / Mi 10i

Mi Note 10 Lite India launch is expected in September. The device will launch in India as Mi 10i, that’s what the recent leak says. Mi Note 10 Lite India launch is expected in September. Tipped by XDA, it has been found that Xiaomi is working on a new smartphone especially for the Indian market with the codename “tocoin”. The device has been spotted in the June 2020 code, hence Mi 10i India launch could be imminent. Mi Note 10 Lite was unveiled in China in late April alongside Redmi Note 9. The company unveiled the latter recently, and now it’s time for Mi 10i. 

Mi Note 10 Lite is a camera-centric value-for-money device offering a 64MP quad-camera setup backed by premium features. Mi Note 10 Lite in India will be rebranded as Mi 10i. The company will place Mi 10i as a spiritual successor to the Redmi K20 in the sub-20,000 segment. Mi 10i India launch is yet to be confirmed officially.

Poco F2 Pro / Poco X2 Pro

Poco F2 Pro has been officially unveiled in Europe, expected in India soon. Redmi K30 Pro 4G is a remodelled Poco F2 Pro. Poco F2 Pro features a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with refresh rate of 60Hz. The Poco device is said to be powered by Snapdragon 865 with up to 8GB RAM and 256 storage. Poco F2 Pro has been priced at EUR 499 (around Rs 41,500) for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.

Coming to optics, Poco F2 Pro will have a 20-megapixel pop-up camera and a quad rear camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary lens. It will house a 4,700mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. The company is also planning to launch Redmi K30 5G in India to go against OnePlus Nord.
