As per the reports, Jio Fiber customers have been complaining about their broadband connection being down since June 22 afternoon.

How Did This Happen?

According to sources, JioFiber is down in some parts of the country and the service users have been tagging the JioCare on Twitter handle to complain about the service outage. 

Further they said that JioFiber has not been working since 3:30 pm.

Moving ahead, the broadband company has also confirmed that customers in certain cities in North India have been affected. 

Since then, Jio Fiber users have been raising complaints with Jio Care on Twitter regarding the outage. 

Basically, a lot of users depend on the Internet all day for working from home and now online schooling is also getting affected these days. 

Several users were still experiencing issues with their Jio Fiber connection while writing this article.

What Does Reliance Jio Say?

“Some of our JioFiber customers experienced service issues in certain cities in North India. Other Jio customers across India continue to avail our services. We regret the inconvenience faced by our valued customers in some areas,” said Reliance Jio Infocomm Ltd spokesperson, while talking on the subject.

According to them, the down detector is also showing that the service is down and the maximum number of reports on the portal came around 4 pm to 5 pm. 

Moreover, the problem with the Jio Fiber service is prevalent in Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, as per the live outage map. 

Apart from that, the service is also facing some blockage in the adjoining areas.

What Do The Users Say?

Meanwhile, Many users stated tagging Jio care in twitter handles to complain about these issues.

Out of them, one user on Twitter tagged JioCare informing that the internet is down for the last two hours and the Jio STB is showing a blinking red light. 

While another one wrote that the JioFiber suddenly stopped working even though his plan is active. 

Afterworld many users complaints which talked about the blinking red light in the router were raised and further informed not being able to connect to JioCare through the phone.

In the meantime JioCare is asking most of the users to DM their JioFiber service ID and registered number to help them assist with their problem.

JioFiber told some users that their connectivity is temporarily impacted due to an outage in their area. 

Further, they assured that they are working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
