Poco F2 can be a major disappointment?

Xiaomi’s Poco F1, which was launched in August, created quite a stir in the market – it was probably the best phone in the Rs. 15000 – 20000 range. The phone has superb features at a very affordable price (Rs. 19,999 only), making it excel at every category people look at while buying a new phone.

With a flagship processor of Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, Poco F1 became a huge hit in the market.

Apparently, there is now a new kid on the block – Poco F2. While the newest processor is Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, Poco F2 will not run on the said processor, instead, it comes with a Snapdragon 845 SoC for the 6GB RAM variant.

This is rather puzzling as many other phones, i.e. OnePlus 7, 7T, Samsung Galaxy S10, S10 Plus, Mi 9, Mi Mix 4, set to launch in 2019 are equipped with the Snapdragon 855 processor.

Geekbench Benchmark Score Of Poco F2

The new model has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmark with an update that the phone will run on Android 9.0 (Android P) out of the box.

As per the Geekbench report, the phone has scored 2321 points in the single core benchmarking test.

In the multi-core test, it scored 7564.

Poco F2 has no big update other than this and the phone is already getting a response of disappointment. We are hoping the phone comes with a better camera, appearance and advanced software features.
