HMD Global is all set to unveil its Nokia 9 this year within a few weeks. The company already confirmed the launch of the upcoming Nokia flagship with an update hinting at a launch a month away.

But now a new Nokia smartphone has been spotted online which houses a triple camera setup and a bezel-less design, very similar to the design of Xiaomi Mi MIX 3. Incidentally, the smartphone has notch and has a little chin down under, being speculated to come with a mechanical slider.

The upcoming Nokia 9 PureView has been officially confirmed with a promo video recently. The video also confirmed a few key specs like rear penta camera setup, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 and wireless charging. The smartphone has been in the news for the first-of-its-kind five rear cameras.
Among the others, we have the flagship Snapdragon 845, wireless charging and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Nokia 9 will come with a 5.99-inch 2K PureDisplay screen offering a 2K resolution. It’s the same PureDisplay screen technology which has been previously used in smartphones like Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 8.1 offering high contrast and HDR10 support.
The 2K PureDisplay screen will come with the capability to upscale any sort of SDR content to HDR content. And also, the Nokia 9 PureView will come with an in-screen fingerprint sensor, a first for any Nokia smartphone ever. Nokia 9 will also support Qi wireless charging.
It has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, Android One based on 9.0 Pie and a 3,750mAh battery.

The mysterious Nokia smartphone does have a thick bottom chin with a triple rear camera setup with no visible fingerprint sensor at the back. It will probably have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
