Oppo has revived its Find series after four years and Find X is all about innovation in smartphone technology. Recently, after its sister company Vivo launched an all-screen Vivo NEX, Oppo has now launched an all-screen smartphone with a pop-up slider.

Oppo Find X has a maximised screen space with no notch and a whopping 93.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. Talking of all the flagships available in the market, Oppo Find X is different compared to top smartphones like iPhone X or Galaxy S9 Plus  or Google Pixel 2 or Huawei P20 Pro.

Here are some of the revolutionary smartphone features Oppo Find X has used –

3D Structured Light Face Recognition Technology

Oppo Find X will come with a special facial scanning technology called O-Face Recognition. It has no fingerprint scanner, and the new technology is powered by 3D Structured Light which uses 15,000 facial dot recognition points and intelligent analysis to read a face.

No Notch, All Display

Oppo Find X will come with a 6.42 inch all-screen display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It’s a full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen aspect ratio of 19.5:9 aspect ratio and curved sides around the edges.

More Screen Than iPhone X

The smartphone is inspired by the iPhone X, but Oppo Find X is better than it. The smartphone has no notch, with a slight chin at the bottom. It’s an all-screen display with a higher 93.8 percent screen-to-body ratio and a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top.

Motorised Slider

Oppo Find X has a motorised slider which opens and closes automatically to scan your face to unlock the phone. It has the front and back camera and Oppo has claimed that it has been tested over 300,000 times for its durability. Oppo Find X has a dual camera setup at the back a single front shooter in the slider.

Animated 3D Emojis

Oppo Find X will have a similar AI-assisted sensor to make custom animated 3D emojis like iPhone X and Galaxy S9. The Oppo calls it 3D Omoji. It uses a real face to make an emoji let you create a personal cartoon image of yourself with a facial expression in real time.

Full Charge in 35 Minutes

The Oppo Find X will come with a 3730mAh battery unit under and will feature the VOOC flash charge technology. With the VOOC charger, the smartphone will get a full battery charge in just 35 minutes.

Three Cameras

The smartphone will have three camera in the slider, a dual rear camera and a single front camera. At the back, the smartphone will come with a rear dual setup with a 16MP primary shooter coupled with 20MP secondary shooter. Up front, it features a single 25MP camera.

256GB Storage

The Find X will pack in the latest Qualcomm flagship processor. The device will come with the latest Snapdragon 845 chipset under the hood coupled with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM. Apart from that, the smartphone will have a mammoth 256GB of internal storage with no option to expand the memory.

Oppo Find X is expected to launch in India, but there’s no official word to that. If the smartphone will launch in the country, it will cost around a lakh or may be less than that.
