Beyond Key has been providing multi-faceted software consulting to global clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other parts of the world since 2005.
We are also a Microsoft Gold Partner company with a strong team of over 275+ subject matter experts in cutting-edge technologies such as Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and Power Platform), Modern Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Dynamics 365.

The impact that Beyond Key yearns to create in the lives of every individual, be it technology or the in-house culture of having an inclusive and uplifting ambiance, has been recognized by several institutions. One such example is our three-year streak of certification and recognition as a “Great Place to Work.”
2. The growth road map and journey of Beyond Key? Please share the story behind the inception and achievements till date.
The Beyond Key story began in 2005, and it was a roller coaster ride back then. Right from facing the recession in 2008-09 and successfully overcoming it to getting certified as Microsoft Gold Partner in initial days.
I still remember how we offered flawless technology solutions to one of our initial clients which was an online jewelry company.
That was a major turnaround in our journey because nothing from the previous year affected our deliverables. We have never looked back since and continued marching to expand on our dream of offering digital transformation to companies across the globe.
Over the years, we expanded our presence in numerous cities across India and the US. And today, after 16 years, we have positively impacted more than 500+ companies.
It all started with a vision. I realized the current technology is yet to reach businesses across sectors. I decided to bridge this gap and provide solutions to organizations exactly around their area of concern to help them scale. And soon, I met similar minds who, too, saw the same vision. And that is how Beyond Key was launched in December 2005 with a dedicated team.
16 years later, our values and purpose hasn’t changed but evolved in ensuring happy clients and happy customers.
3. Beyond Key’s major clients are in the US market and some are in India. What difference did Beyond Key find in terms of the adaptation of new technologies by enterprises in India?
What I have seen is that the penetration of newer technologies by end consumers in India has grown rapidly in the last few years. This has given rise to adapting quick technology changes in many Indian enterprises to meet the needs of their consumers. With that said, companies around the world are embracing technologies at a rapid pace.
4. After setting up regional offices in Hyderabad, Pune, and Indore. Is Beyond Key looking to expand its presence in India in other cities as well?
Definitely. Talent is a crucial catalyst for unlocking newer solutions for our clients. Beyond Key is always eager to collaborate with technology talents and offer them an opportunity to showcase their skills and ensure there is an overall upliftment and recognition of each individual contributing towards our overall success. As we move further, I can see us penetrating deep in pursuit of expanding our current pool of highly talented teams. We plan to expand in North & West India in the near future.
5. Tell us about future expansion plans in India as well as in the US. Mention clients and headcounts.
Beyond Key is investing aggressively in advanced technologies and has strategically mapped out to grow at least four times in the next four years. As I mentioned earlier the importance of technology talents for us, continuing on those lines, our expansion plans include onboarding domain experts, senior business analysts, and architects. These hirings will be done onshore, near-shore, and off-shore. We would energetically focus on industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, and laterally around Supply chain, CRM, Data, Cloud, Process Automation, etc.
