Now Xiaomi device users have a piece of good news as the company has launched an app that aims to offer a one-stop solution for all repair and support requirements of the users. 

Support Across The Portfolio Products

Prior to this, the Xiaomi Cares program was teased back in November last year.

Although, the smartphone maker didn’t really give many details about what it will include.

This app is available for all Xiaomi products and will be called Xiaomi Service+. 

The support will include the company’s products across portfolios including smartphones, appliances, IoT, audio, laptops, fitness and more.

This newly launched after-sales support app will probably be its key element.

The Service+ app is available in India as a one-stop solution for all after-sales requests from customers. 

How To Download Xiaomi Service+ App?

The users can download the Xiaomi Service+ app from Google Play or Getapps to connect customers with roughly 2,000 service centers.

Besides this, the app is free to download.

With this app, users can file device repair requests through the app, get price quotes and get live chat support. 

Apart from this, the app shows the nearest service centers, comprehensive warranty information, and allows you to track your repair status.

Xiaomi claims that the Xiaomi Service+ app is designed to offer a range of services such as device repair, price quotations and more.

  • With this app, users can book service requests for repair, demo or installation. 
  • You can ask for a price quotation for Xiaomi products.
  • Users can check spare part prices as well as their availability. 
  • One can keep track of the status of their service requests.
  • Warranty information of their purchased devices can also be checked.
  • Users can chat anytime using the app for live assistance.
