And now for its Bengaluru location, the company is inviting applications for the post of Team Lead/Consultant. Details of the job are as follows:

Responsibilities of Team Lead/ Consultant are as follows:

You will be responsible for analyzing and solving moderately complex problems. You will create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. You will also be expected to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, and keep the team updated on change.

You will be interacting with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. You will also be provided with guidance when determining methods and procedures for new assignments. It should be noted that the decisions that are made by you will often impact your team. At the same time, you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team.

To be eligible for this position the interested candidates should have done any of the following formal education – BCom/CA Inter/Chartered Accountant/Cost And Works Accountant/Master of Business Administration

You should have a fine understanding of Finance Processes and Operations – Finance Strategy.

Interested candidates should also have relevant experience of 7-11 years. They should also be aware of Budgeting and Forecasting, Financial Planning, and Analysis. The interested candidates should have excellent Problem-solving skills and Strong analytical skills.
