Indian Railways Introduces New Codes As New Coaches Are Introduced In Trains: Full List

The Vistadome coach, introduced by the Indian Railways in June 2021 garnered a great response from passengers.

Now, the Indian Railways has introduced new booking codes for train coaches.

Now that the Vistadome coach is gaining much traction, the Railways has decided to change the booking codes.

While these new coaches have not yet arrived in Kerala, the new codes will be assigned as soon as the new coaches arrive in the state. 

The Vistadome coaches are glass-roofed designed for sightseeing. Incorporated with wide window panes, the new coaches have seats that rotate upto 360 degrees for a better sightseeing advantage to passengers.

The AC three-tier economy coach is expected to arrive in Kerala soon, states a wire feed. The coach will have 83 berths and every state can expect at least one train incorporated with Vistadome coaches.
