Infosys Starts Hiring Experienced IT Employees With 1-4 Yrs Experience: How To Apply?

The Indian economy might not be back on track yet. It might be reeling from the disastrous Second Corona Wave. But there is one sector that is playing the role of beacon in the dark and that is the IT sector. The sector is booming and has remarkably recovered from the blows of the pandemic. With the advent of the pandemic, businesses are being forced to digitize in a rapid space. So is the demand for IT professionals has gone up.

So with the zeal to push forward the business, Indian IT behemoth Infosys, has announced the hiring of experienced people with 1-4 years of experience and in Java and .Net. The last date for application is 25 July 2021.

All the interested candidates will have to apply on Infosys’ official portal. The candidates will be shortlisted based on their resumes. Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo Infosys-Career Online Assessment. The candidates will also undergo a virtual interview.

Some of the job openings are as follows:

1. System Engineers Role:

Eligibility – Any BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc graduates with 12-14 months of relevant work experience. Also, BCA/BSc graduates with 24-36 months of relevant work experience.

2. Senior System Engineer Role:

Eligibility – Any BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MSc graduates with 24–36 months of relevant work experience and BCA/BSc graduates with 36–48 months of relevant work experience.

Strengthening the talent pool, Infosys Chairman Says

With burgeoning demand for digital acceleration, all IT companies are preparing for increased demand. Hence they are on a hiring spree. Infosys Chairman Nandan Nilekani last month had asserted that Infosys is strengthening the talent pool by hiring 19,230 graduates in India and 1941 outside the country.

While speaking at the company’s 40th annual general meeting, Nilekani said that Infosys is well-positioned for another year of “market-leading performance” in a post-pandemic, cloud-first digital era.

He continued, “We continued to strengthen our talent pool by recruiting 19,230 graduates in India and 1,941 – both graduates and associate degree holders – outside India to serve our clients” burgeoning demand for digital acceleration. We expanded our US hiring commitment to 25,000 by 2022 with an additional 12,000 new American jobs across a variety of roles”.
