Realme has some very aggressive plans for India, and going by the looks of it, they are planning some massive marketing campaigns to push more offline sales, across the length and breadth of India.

New recruitment and hiring plans have been shared by Realme, which will make them 10,000 employees strong in Inda.

Realme Will Hire 2500 Employees In India

As per reports coming from confirmed sources, Realme will hire 2500 employees in India by end of the year.

Once this happens, Realme will be 10,000 employees strong in India.

Realme also wants their local suppliers and partners to open more factories in India, and help them sell more Make in India smartphones.

Realme India head Madhav Sheth said, “We are targeting to expand our workforce to over 10,000 by year-end. At the same time, we are also encouraging more of our suppliers and partners to open local factories in India and contribute more to our country’s economy,”

Realme’s Offline Push: 5000 Sales Promotors

Besides in order to generate more sales via offline channels, Realme will hire 5000 ‘sales promotors’ who will be helping brand Realme to make inroads into the deep rural hinterland and Tier 3, 4 cities in India.

It seems that these sales promotors will share more information and knowledge about Realme phones to rural visitors. 

Madhav said, “Realme will also expand the offline presence in India with the recruitment of over 5,000 sales promoters,”

More Product Launches Being Planned

Besides, Realme is also planning to launch a series of new and exciting tech products in India, which includes:

  • Smart speakers
  • Backpacks
  • In-Car chargers
  • Smartwatches
  • Smart TVs
  • Smart headphones
  • Smart home gadgets

Realme recently launched their 1st smartphone under C-series, which was a nig hit.

Madhav said, “Realme C11, our first product under the new C series, got tremendous response and we sold more than 1,50,000 units of Realme C11 within 2 minutes, almost 1,250 units per second,”
