Realme X2 Pro Live Images Out: Realme X2 Pro Unboxing

Realme X2 Pro has been unboxed live, and the leaked images reveal the complete design confirming everything including notched 90Hz Fluid display, 64MP powered Quad Camera, design technology and more. The leaked Realme X2 Pro live images were uploaded on Chinese microblogging site Weibo.

The company calls it a ‘Full Speed Flagship’ in the recent teaser.

It has been confirmed, Realme X2 Pro will run on Qualcomm’s top-end Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, the newly launched 64-megapixel Samsung GW1 camera and 20X hybrid zoom inside a four camera system.

The device will feature 90Hz display as OnePlus 7T and 50W Super VOOC Ultra Fast Charging technology. Realme X2 Pro design technology shows a glass sandwich design coated by glass front and back supported by Corning Gorilla Glass. At the back the device features gradient hues with some striking colour combinations.

Realme X2 Pro Hardware: Realme X2 Pro With Snapdragon 855 Plus

Realme X2 Pro will run on Snapdragon 855 Plus. Realme has been planning on a entry-level flagship smartphone for quite a long time now, and this falls in place. Realme X2 Pro will also double as Realme’s first dedicated gaming smartphone.  

Realme X2 Pro is going to be the Realme Snapdragon 855 Plus smartphone. Realme X2 Pro will become the first Realme smartphone to be powered by a Snapdragon 800-series chip.

Realme X2 Pro with Snapdragon 855 Plus will offer gaming-centric features and a special dedicated gaming mode.

The Realme flagship will directly take on Realme K20 Pro, the most affordable Snapdragon 855 smartphone in the country. Snapdragon 855 Plus offers 15 percent better GPU performance and 4 percent better CPU performance compared to the standard SD 855.

Realme X2 Pro Display: Realme X2 Pro 90Hz Display

Realme X2 Pro has also been confirmed with a 90Hz display as newly launched OnePlus 7T, with an option to switch to 60Hz as well. It’s the same 90Hz Fluid AMOLED screen on the upcoming Realme flagship as seen on OnePlus 7 Pro or OnePlus 7T with very thin bezels and slight chin.

The display will have a 40ms touch response and its own animation optimisations.

The OS may also offer specifically optimised gestures on a 90Hz refresh rates screen. The company will not be using a curved display as OnePlus 7 Pro. Realme X2 Pro will have an 20:9 aspect ratio tall display along with a water drop notch supporting HDR with HDR10+ support. 

Realme X2 Pro Camera: Realme X2 Pro 64MP Quad Camera Setup

Realme X2 Pro will come with a quad camera system at the back featuring a 64MP Samsung GW1 sensor with 20X hybrid zoom and three additional lenses for different purposes. The 64MP quad camera setup on Realme X2 Pro will be like Realme XT.

But unlike Realme XT, the Realme X2 Pro will come with dedicated 20X hybrid zoom inside the multi camera system.

Along with Samsung 64MP GW1 sensor for high-resolution top-notch and detailed pictures, Realme X2 Pro will come with a quad camera system including a 115-degree wide-angle lens, a telephoto lens and a portrait lens with imaging abilities to capture super macro photos up to 2.5cm.

Realme X2 Pro 50W Charging Support: 50W Super VOOC Fast Charging

Realme X2 Pro will come with 50W Super VOOC FlashCharge support. Realme X2 Pro will feature Oppo’s 50W Super VOOC fast charging support. Oppo unveiled 50W SuperVOOC charging with Find X, which would charge up the whole 3,400mAh battery in 35 minutes.

The company claims the 50W Super VOOC charging technology is going to be the fastest charging solution available in the whole of the European continent.

With 50W SuperVOOC fast charging, Realme X2 Pro can be charged fully in just 35 minutes.

Realme is yet to reveal the capacity for the battery to be used in Realme X2 Pro. It could be somewhere around 3,500mAh to 4,000mAh. Realme X2 Pro will run on Snapdragon 855 Plus, so you can the power consumption will be very less, while the stand-by time is going to be very high.

RealmeOS On Realme X2 Pro: Realme X2 Pro With Android 10

Some leaks about Realme X2 Pro hint that the upcoming Realme flagship will run on Android 10 out of the box, which may be based on the much-hyped Realme OS. Recently OnePlus 7T was announced with Android 10 out of the box.

Similarly the OnePlus 7T Pro and upcoming Google Pixel 4 series will also launch with the same.

Some leaks hinted at the same Android 9 Pie powered Color OS 6 on Realme X2 Pro. So we need to wait to see what’s actually in the box.

The ex-Oppo sub-brand previously confirmed that the company is working on its own RealmeOS, which will be less customised and bloatware, much like OxygenOS by OnePlus. There has been no further update on RealmeOS, but it’s expected by the end of the year.

Realme X2 Pro India Launch, Realme X2 Pro In India

Realme CEO Madhav Sheth have confirmed that Realme X2 Pro India launch will happen in December alongside Realme XT 730G. Realme X2 Pro will launch in Europe on October 15, and then in India in December along with the Snapdragon 730G model of the current Realme XT.

In the last couple of months, Realme has unveiled Realme 5, Realme 5 Pro, Realme X and Realme XT in India.

The company has already finished working on its first true-flagship, Realme X2 Pro and Realme XT 730G, a special version of the current XT running on Qualcomm gaming-centric Snapdragon 730G chip. Both the Realme smartphones will launch in India December 2019.

Realme X2 Pro India launch has been officially confirmed by the company CEO, so there isn’t a doubt about it. Realme XT 730G will be unveiled on the same day, even the first glimpse of Realme TV may also happen at the Realme X2 Pro India launch event. 

Realme X2 Pro Price In India, Realme X2 Pro India Price

Realme X2 Pro or Realme Snapdragon 855 Plus smartphone will launch in Europe first and then in India, but the pricing will be different. Realme X2 Pro India price is expected somewhere around Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000, in line with Redmi K20 Pro, the current most affordable entry-level Snapdragon 855 flagship in the country.

Realme X2 Pro India price will be reasonable, and probably lower than the European pricing.

Realme is known to offer good value for money products at aggressive prices, and Realme X2 Pro will be no different. Realme X2 Pro price in India is going to be very affordable and in the 25,000 segment targeting the other entry-level premium flagships as Asus 6Z, Redmi K20 Pro and OnePlus 7.
