Google Pixel 3a and 3a XL’s Specifications Leaked
Google will be launching the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL devices on May 7, however, some important specifications of the phone have been revealed just days before the launch. The phones will be launched in three colors – purple, white and black. Additionally, the phone will be launched with Night Sight and other features like Motion Focus, Portrait Mode as well. It will also have unlimited Google Photos storage.
Redmi’s Flagship Phone Will Not Be Redmi X
A Redmi smartphone, with Snapdragon 855 Processor has been making the rounds of the internet for a while now. There have been speculations that the phone will be called Redmi X and will be launched on May 14, however, Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing has confirmed that the phone will not be called Redmi X. He also said that the phone will have a better name than Redmi X. The date of the launch of the phone hasn’t been confirmed.
Specifications of Lenovo L38111 Leaked
Lenovo is working on its upcoming smartphone Lenovo L38111, which has been sighted on Chinese regulatory website TENAA. As per the leaks, the phone will come with a 6.3 inch FHD+ IPS LCD display, and a waterdrop style notch. It will be powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, whose name is not yet out in the open. Lenovo L38111 will come in three different variants: 3 GB RAM + 32 GB, 4 GB RAM + 64 GB, and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB
South Korea has 260,000 5G Users
South Korea was the first country to introduce the 5G network commercially at the beginning of April. Now, the top three telecom operators together have a combined number of subscribers of 260,000 for 5G. With 100,000 subscribers, Korea Telecom (KT) stands first, and SK Telecom and LG Uplus follow close. However, these two companies have not revealed the exact number of subscribers they have.
Counterpoint Research has released a report on global smartphone shipments, which has revealed that Huawei’s market share is increasing and is now at the highest point with 17% YoY growth. Whereas, Samsung and Apple lost about 1% and 2% of market share. The other companies in the top five include Xiaomi and Oppo. Oppo has also seen a rise in the market share of about 10%, whereas Vivo saw a growth of about 27% YoY growth.
OnePlus 7 Pro Benchmark Leak
OnePlus is planning to launch two new devices, OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro on May 14. However, OnePlus 7 Pro has been sighted on the benchmarking platform, Geekbench, and some important specifications have been revealed. The phone will come with a 12GB of RAM with a Snapdragon 855 processor. The phone scored 3551 and 11012 points in single-core and multi-core tests. For all the details about the leak, go here!
