Realme 3 Teased Ahead Of Redmi Note 7 Launch, Expected Price Out
Realme 3 is almost here!
Realme 3 was confirmed by the company CEO back in January. After its phenomenal success in the India market, Realme is currently one of the most sought-after brands in the country.
Realme recently shoved into the top four smartphone brands in India in the last quarter.
While Relame U1 and Reame 2 Pro are getting price cuts, the company has been hinting at a new device since January. Realme 3 was alleged to arrive in April, but the new teasers hints at an arrival sooner than expected.
The latest teaser by Realme doesn’t explicitly speak out about Realme 3, but wants you to do the simple maths. It has Realme 1 and Realme 2 together, the retail boxes of its predecessors, and asks you to add up.
For a company which is just five phones old, Realme has put up a lot of expectations. The company is known to bring in top features at budget pricing, backed by premium specifications. Realme 3 is expected to be the Realme 2 successor, while the 48MP Realme smartphone may come as a Realme 3 Pro, the Realme 2 Pro successor.
Realme is yet to reveal any detail. The smartphone is still in its making phase, so the smartphone’s hardware and standout features are yet to come out.
Coming to the expected Realme 3 features, the smartphone will again ship with a water drop notch display, dual cameras and polycarbonate finish. In terms of hardware, the Realme 3 may see an upgrade over the current SoC with higher RAM.
In terms optics, the smartphone may come with a rear dual camera setup, with improved sensors. Also, the smartphone may come with the much-awaited RealOS out of the box.
Realme 3 Pro: The 48MP Realme Phone?
The company gave out hints last month about another Realme smartphone featuring the 48MP camera sensor. The Sony IMX 586 Sony 48MP sensor has recently turned out to be a phenomenon for flagship smartphones. Just like other smartphone companies, Realme will be joining the bandwagon soon as well.
The company may launch Realme 3 Pro with the 48MP processor, against the upcoming Redmi Note 7 Pro, which also will come with the same camera sensor.
Among the other features, the smartphone may run on Color OS 6.0 or their own upcoming OS, the RealOS with a new set of features and improvements. Coming to display and camera, it will probably again come with a water drop notch display and a rear dual camera setup.
Realme 3 vs Redmi Note 7: The Budget Flagship War
Realme has been giving Xiaomi a tough fight in the country. While the Realme craze continues to grow, it’s Chinese contender is not taking it lightly. Xiaomi has again started to price its smartphones aggressively, so we soon see a war between Realme 3 and Redmi Note 7 as well.
Xiaomi will launch it’s Redmi Note 7 in the country on February 28.
And now the teaser from Realme hints at the launch of its upcoming Realme 3 very soon. The latest reports cite at launch in March. Realme CEO also mentioned that Realme will launch a new smartphone by the end of the first quarter.
Realme 3 Expected Price | Realme 3 Price
Realme 3 is expected to be priced somewhere around 10,000 rupees. The company is known to price its products very reasonably, so Realme 3 may come at a similar price as Realme 2. The company will pitch it’s Realme 3 against the upcoming Redmi Note 7 and other budget flagships.
Realme 3 India launch may happen in late March.
While the official confirmation is yet to come, so it’s better to wait. Though, with the first Realme 3 teaser out, you can expect the device to go official in India by the end of March.
