This festive season, BSNL & Vodafone wants to woo new telecom users with sizzling discounts.
Following the same footsteps as Airtel and Vodafone, state-run BSNL will now offer free Amazon Prime Subscription as OTT. Content has been a crowd puller for telecom operators, and Indians love free Amazon Prime and Netflix subscriptions.
Free Amazon Prime subscription will be available with some of the select postpaid and broadband BSNL plans starting today, October 1, 2018.
Airtel and Vodafone already offer free Amazon Prime and Netflix subscription. Whereas Jio has its own popular JioTV and JioCinema offering a wide bouquet of content.
Free Amazon Prime Subscription With BSNL: All Details
BSNL till now missed out on the content to its competitors. While all the major telcos Vodafone, Airtel, Jio and Idea has its own set of streaming apps or has tied up with other companies to offer OTT and attract customers.
But not anymore!
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited will now as well offer free Amazon Prime subscription. Any postpaid user availing a plan priced above Rs 399 will get free Amazon Prime for one year.
Just a reminder, Amazon Prime subscription currently is available at Rs 999 a year or Rs 129 a month. So, you will be availing a subscription worth Rs 999 for free for a full year.
The free Amazon Prime add-on to the BSNL plans will help the public company to offer more value to their plans.
Also, any BSNL broadband plan priced above Rs 745 will come with free Amazon Prime Subscription. Amazon India and BSNL have tied up to offer Amazon Prime for whole one year.
How To Get Free Amazon Prime For BSNL?
You have to recharge your BSNL number with any postpaid plan above Rs 399 or recharge any broadband plan above Rs 745 to avail free one-year Amazon Prime subscription.
Now you need to visit the official BNSL site where you will get to see a BSNL-Amazon offer banner (to be live soon).
Click on it, and enter your details, generate an OTP and validate. Once validated successfully, log in to your Amazon account or create a new one if you don’t have an Amazon Account. As soon as you log in, you will see your free Amazon Prime subscription is activated and will remain valid for one year.
The free Amazon Prime on BSNL offer starts today, and note, existing Amazon Prime customers cannot avail this offer.

Vodafone is offering 50 percent off rental plan on its RED plans for one year. Citibank credit card users can avail the Vodafone RED 399 postpaid plan at Rs 200 per month for one year. So it’s a 50 percent discount for one year via the rental plan at Rs 200 per month.
The 50 percent off rental plan offer is valid on Vodafone bills paid via Citibank credit cards only.
Vodafone and Citibank have tied up to offer free benefits worth Rs 2,400 via discount through an adjustment of the planned rental. You will get a Rs 200 discount per month for one year on all your postpaid payments.
The 399 Vodafone RED plan offers unlimited calls all throughout India, free national roaming, free 100 SMS per day and 40GB of data per month with data rollover the facility. The 399 plan also includes free Netflix subscription.
