The first Motorola Android One budget smartphone has finally been certified, and the alleged Motorola One Power or Moto One Power will be making its way to India soon. After receiving the 3C certification in China, the smartphone has now been certified by TENAA confirming some of the key details.

The latest certification has revealed the specs of Moto One Power with images and other details.

The Motorola One Power will be launching at an event on August 2 in US. The first Motorola Android One smartphone is expected to come with a massive 4,850mAh battery, a rear dual camera system, a top-end processor with up to 6GB of RAM.

As per the specifications revealed on TENAA, the smartphone will run some top-end hardware with pure Android under.

Design

The Motorola One Power has 155.8 × 75.9 × 9.98 mm dimensions weighing only 170 grams. The unibody built is sturdy with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Display

The upcoming Moto One power will sport a 6.18 inch 19:9 notched elongated TFT LCD Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2246×1080 pixels.

Hardware

The first Motorola Android One budget smartphone will get powered by an octa-core mid-range Snapdragon 636 clocking at 1.8GHz coupled with 3GB, 4GB or 6GB of RAM.

Storage

The Android One smartphone will come in three storage configurations – there will be two base versions with 3GB or 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage and a 6GB RAM model with 64GB of onboard storage.

Software

Being a Android One device, the Moto One Power will run the latest Android 8.1 Oreo with stock Android UI on top. This is also believed to be company’s first Android Go powered smartphone.

Camera

At the back, the smartphone will come with a dual rear camera setup comprising of a 16MP primary lens coupled with a 5MP secondary depth sensor. Up front, Moto One Power will come with an 8MP camera.

Connectivity

The Motorola Android One smartphone will come with a dual-SIM standby supporting all major 4G LTE bands with VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n ac, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS with a 3.5mm audio.

Battery

The Moto One Power will get powered by a massive 4850 mAh battery, which is expected to come with Motorola’s Turbo Charge fast charging support as well.

Motorola One Power – Price, Variants & Launch

The Motorola One Power will come in four colour options and three storage variants. Coming to colours, the smartphone will come in Black, White, Gold and Silver options. In terms of storage, there will be two 32GB variants with 3GB and 4GB of RAM respectively. Whereas, the top variant will come with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The Moto One Power is expected to start at a price of Rs 11,000 or below in India, where the top variant may go above Rs 15,000.

The smartphone has already been cleared by 3C, MIIT and TENAA with immediate expected launches at US and China. In India, the smartphone may launch in the later part of August, or mid of September.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Launched in India

Sony has launched its Xperia XZ2 in India which was earlier unveiled at the 2018 Mobile World Congress. The smartphone Xperia XZ2 price for India at the launch, which comes just as the world expects the next from the company, the Xperia XZ3, as per a few leaks. The smartphone will come with a high-resolution audio, front-facing stereo speakers, water-resistant design and top-end camera.

The Sony Xperia XZ2 has been priced at a hefty price of Rs.72,990 which will be available via select Sony Centers and some mobile stores across the country. The smartphone is only available in single Liquid Black variant in India.
