After launching the Redmi Note 11 Pro series in India, Xiaomi is again gearing up for another launch reportedly this month.

The sources confirm that the smartphone maker is bringing its budget Redmi 10 series to the country on March 17.

The same is confirmed by the company’s teaser, where it says that Redmi 10 is coming and launching on March 17. 

Besides this, the teaser reveals some of the aspects of the device such as  camera, display, big battery and Snapdragon getting a mention as well.

What’s New In This Offering?

From the phone’s layout, one can see a notch that simply means that Redmi is going to launch a new Redmi 10 model for the Indian market. 

Considering the design change, it is expected that it could use the Snapdragon 680 chipset since it is built on a 6nm process.

So far, the exact details are not confirmed for the smartphone Redmi is launching in India next week. 

But the brand is giving little hints here and there like fast charging, more battery and ultra-fast storage means, Redmi 10 could get 18W fast charging for a 5000mAh battery, and support UFS 2.2 storage maybe.

Apart from that, the other details from the teaser also worth interpreting includes a texture back panel and a triple rear camera setup which is led by a 50-megapixel sensor, along with a depth and AI sensor.

Basically, the global variant of Redmi 10 offers a 90Hz display, powered by MediaTek Helio G88 SoC.

It also includes a 50-megapixel quad rear camera module with  a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

What About Price?

Considering the current trends, the budget phones have become quite competent over the past few years.

But that results into a higher starting price. 

On top of that, the shortage of the chipset also hasn’t helped matters.

 With that, the current global economic situation could further push the price level.

Considering all these facts, the Redmi 10 smartphone is expected to launch in India for around Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM base variant.
