6 Indian Colleges Enter Top 100 List Of Best Business Schools; IIM Ahmedabad #1 in India
The London-based daily newspaper, Financial Times has released its rankings list for the top 100 business schools around the world.
Enlisted as the ‘Financial Times for Masters in Management (MIM)’, the ranking lists top 100 courses to pursue in management from across the globe.
This year too (2021), the University of St Gallen, Switzerland has been ranked as the best business institution in the world, by the Financial Times.
This is the 11 consecutive year for the Swiss university ranking #1 in the list.
Furthermore, the rankings list also includes six Indian business institutions, of which three have secured entries under top 50.
IIM-Ahmedabad is awarded as the best B-school in India for its two-year postgraduate program in management, as ranked by the Education Ministry’s NIRF ranking.
The second entry from India in the Financial Times’ list, after IIM-A is S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) for the PG Diploma in management course, followed by IIM-Bangalore for PGP in Management.
The FT Ranking assesses management institutes on several parameters, including alumni career progress, school diversity, research and more, states a wire feed.
