A recent survey by professional networking platform, LinkedIn revealed the list of IT services companies that are nominated as the top workplaces in India in 2021.

The list includes IT majors such as Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro.
So far, the IT firms have provided a positive revenue guidance outlook for FY22 considering the rapid acceleration of digitization undertaken by many sectors.
They also expect a double-digit growth and expansion in operating margins.
They have also confirmed the sentiment on hiring momentum saying that it will remain strong during this fiscal with skill-based talent in demand since there is a substantial growth in the company’s digital businesses.
A Favorite Amongst The Employees
The LinkedIn survey also highlighted that the tech services firm is a favorite among the employees since the emergence of the remote workplace model.
The belief is expected to flourish further as these companies are already looking at a permanent hybrid model in the future.
TCS – Best Place To Work With
If we talk about the IT firms, India’s largest IT services company, TCS, topped the list of 25 companies for professionals.
They have swiftly adapted to the pandemic with flexibility and decisiveness.
They aim that 75% of its staff will work remotely by 2025 since the software exporter leverages technology to create a “never seen before fungibility of talent”.
Apart from this, TCS announced two salary increments for its workforce in six months and rolled out as many as 40000 campus offers during the times when employers were cutting costs aggressively.
This survey also reveals the attrition rate as it was at an all-time low of 7.2% in the March quarter.
Cognizant – The Second Best Place To Work With
The US tech firm, Cognizant, was placed second on the list as it doled out bonuses and promoted nearly 25,000 employees last month.
Earlier, the IT form saw an increase in attrition in the last few quarters.
Now, the IT service provider remains focused on hiring more than 10,000 freshers this fiscal year while training the workforce in digital skills.
Other Performers
The third-best workplace position is occupied by the IT firm, Accenture after it announced gender-neutral policies and hitting the revenue mark at pre-COVID levels.
Moving ahead, the construction major, Larsen&Toubro featured fourth on the list considering its no-layoff policy post-pandemic along with doubling of health insurance for the current employees.
The tech major, Infosys stood fifth on the list of top companies to work for as the firm is leveraging the digital adoption wave.
It has also announced various employee engagement programs and commits to hiring more than 25,000 freshers.
Apart from these, the other top firms which are featured on Linkedin’s survey include Deloitte, Ernst AND Young, Wipro, Amazon, HDFC Bank, Capgemini, Reliance Industries, IBM, ICICI Bank, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bharat Electronics Limited, HCL tech, Aditya Birla Group, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, JP Morgan Chase Co, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited, Siemens, Axis Bank, Flipkart and NTPC Limited.
