Design, Build

The OnePlus Buds Z comes with a shiny case as the Galaxy Buds. Coming to the buds, they are made out of plastic. does dominate on the OnePlus. They are sturdy enough, and do not feel cheap anyway. The OnePlus logo is at the top of the carry case with an inbuilt LED indicator for battery status.

OnePlus Buds Z scores well with battery. The company claimed 5 hours on a full charge from each bud Z, and it does offer more than 4 hours with continuous playback from each bud. The Buds Z offer extra 20 hours of battery life, so it can offer to charge your buds upto 5 times fully.

OnePlus Buds Z include wired USB-C charging. With 15 mins of charging, the Buds Z carry case and earbuds can be charged upto 5 hours.
