Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 are coming to India on May 8 alongside Mi 10. The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 will directly take on Realme Buds Air and JBL True Wireless Buds in the budget truly wireless earbuds (TWS) segment.
The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 from Xiaomi will be it’s first in the TWS segment.
The original launch was scheduled in March, but it was postponed due to the lockdown caused by the Coronavirus pandemic. The Mi 10 5G India launch will happen via an online event.
Mi 10 will be Xiaomi’s one of the first flagship offerings in India after a long break since the Mi MIX 2S back in 2017.

The first pair of truly wireless earbuds (TWS) from Xiaomi will be unveiled in India on May 8. Xiaomi India head Manu Kumar Jain confirmed the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 launch via a teaser video on Twitter.
The Xiaomi TWS earbuds will be unveiled alongside Mi 10 flagship smartphone.
The Mi True Wireless Earbuds teaser says that the earbuds will be available in India from May. Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 was first launched in March.
The Xiaomi in-ear headphones have a similar design as the Apple AirPods. Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 feature 14.2mm drivers offering some top-quality sound performance with some really good bass.
The Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 come with active environment noise cancellation with in-ear detection when the in-ear buds are dislodged and near the smartphone.
Mi Wireless Earphones 2 feature Bluetooth high-definition tone technology (LHDC) alongside in-ear detection using built-in optical sensors. The Mi Wireless Earphones 2 have environmental noise cancellation (ENC).
The Xiaomi wireless earbuds support Bluetooth 5.0 with in-built touch gestures for music playback, answering calls and voice assistant.
The Xiaomi earbuds can deliver up to four hours of battery life on a single charge and up to 14 hours of standby with the charging case provided with the buds. Mi Wireless Earphones 2 supports fast charging and can be charged fully in less than an hour.
Mi Wireless Earphones 2 Price In India, Xiaomi Earbuds Price
Mi Wireless Earphones 2 price starts at around Rs 6,500 if converted. The Mi Wireless Earphones 2 price in Europe starts at EUR 79.99 (around Rs 6,700). Mi Wireless Earphones 2 India price may start at around Rs 4,000 to Rs 4,500.
The India price is going to be far more competitive as the budget TWS earbuds segment is quite aggressive in India.
Mi Wireless Earphones 2 India price will be in line with the Realme Buds Air and JBL True Wireless Buds at around Rs 4,000.
