AnTuTu has released the top list of the best smartphones based on the performance offered. The benchmarking site utilises different parameters of performance as CPU, GPU, memory and user interface to assess the best.

Redmi Note 8 Pro with MediaTek’s Helio G90T gaming chipset is the best mid-range smartphone, the fastest in the world in the mid-range segment. Redmi Note 8 Pro was the first smartphone in the world to run on MediaTek Helio G90T processor.
The new MediaTek octa-core Helio G90T chip can clocked at up to 2.05GHz. G90T uses ARM Cortex-A76 power cores and Cortex-A55 efficiency cores coupled with Mali G76 GPU with clock speeds of up to 800MHz for graphics.
MediaTek Helio G90T has a special HyperEngine that will help the device to boost up mobile gaming experience.
Helio G90T can optimize the networking engine to offer 50 percent faster response time from the server. Additionally, there’s a Dual Wi-Fi connection support letting the smartphone to simultaneously connect with two Wi-Fi bands or two routers at a time.

The new Snapdragon 855 Plus mainly emphasizes on gaming performance. The chip will be able to offer a 15 percent improvement in terms of graphical performance and up to 4 per cent improvement in general performance compared to the current Snapdragon flagship chip.
The original Snapdragon 855 SoC will come with multi-gigabit 5G speeds, a new multi-core AI engine, better AI performance and enhanced AI-based camera features.
