Realme XT Pro Leaked With Snapdragon 730; Xiaomi To Bring Four Smartphones With 108MP Cameras!
The big two of the Indian smartphone market, Realme and Xiaomi both have some interesting news to share. The much-awaited Realme XT Pro has been leaked, and the company is planning to launch it in India in a few weeks. Coming to Xiaomi, the company is rumoured to be working on as many as four smartphones with the new 108MP sensor.
Xiaomi previously unveiled the 100MP camera technology at an event in China.
Realme XT Pro has been in the news lately, and it will see an upgrade over the current Realme X series smartphones, Realme X and the upcoming Realme XT. The ex-Oppo sub-brand is launching phones at a crazy rate, and they already have a big lineup ready for the next two quarters.
The competition between the market leader Xiaomi and newbie Realme continues in the country, and this will keep going.
Realme XT Pro Specs & Features: Realme XT Pro India Launch, Price
Realme X does pose a big challenge to Redmi K20 currently, but it’s still not an actual competitor to the latter. Redmi K20 is still superior in many ways, and now Realme will be bringing the actual Redmi K20 competitor in the market, the Realme XT Pro. The smartphone will come with the same processor as Redmi K20, the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 730.
The key specs are out, and they confirm some interesting details about the upcoming Realme XT Pro as the Snapdragon 730 chip, quad camera setup, 64MP camera sensor and more.
Realme XT Pro will come with a similar 64MP quad camera system as the new Realme XT. The four camera system at the back will use the much-hyped Samsung 64MP GW1 sensor as the primary lens with three additional sensors. The company will probably use an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor and two 2MP sensors: a macro lens and a depth-sensing portrait sensor.
Realme XT Pro will come with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The other features are expected to remain the same as AMOLED display, in-display fingerprint sensor, CG5 touted glass sandwich body, big battery, fast charging support and such things.
Coming to Realme XT Pro India launch, we first need to wait for the regular Realme XT. Realme XT Pro India launch may happen after Diwali.
Realme XT is supposed to launch in the country in September, probably in a few weeks, followed by XT Pro. The Realme XT Pro India price will be somewhere around Rs 20,000. The company will be taking on Redmi K20 directly with XT Pro, hence the Realme XT Pro India price will remain competitive at around sub-20,000.
Xiaomi Working On Four 108MP Camera Smartphones: Details Here
Not one or two, the biggest smartphone brand in the country is now rumoured to be working on as many as four 108MP camera smartphones. Starting with the much-anticipated Mi MIX 4, the company will be taking it ahead with another three smartphones with the 108MP camera sensors, all from Xiaomi.
Mi MIX 4 with the 108MP sensor won’t launch in India, but with another three Xiaomi smartphones with 108MP sensors, we have big chances of having at least two such 108MP Xiaomi camera phones in India.
Xiaomi probably will become the first smartphone company in the world to bring a mobile phone with the 108MP main rear camera sensors. XDA Developers spotted that MIUI’s Mi Gallery app has code names for four 108MP camera smartphones: “tucana”, “draco”, “umi”, and “cmi”.
These are all the upcoming 108MP Xiaomi smartphones, and one will be Mi MIX 4.
The fourth generation Mi MIX 4 is supposed to go official in October. The company will use the Samsung 1/1.33-inch 108MP ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor, the first 108MP camera sensor in the world. The 108MP camera phones from Xiaomi will launch one after another in 2019 and 2020.
