The much-rumoured Redmi X seems to have got the official name finally. The speculated K20 and K20 Pro seems to be legit, and the upcoming flagships are to be called Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro.
In an interesting development, the Redmi K20 Pro is being alleged to launch in India as Poco F2.
There has been rumours that Xiaomi will launch the Redmi X as Poco F2 in the country, but the new report does hint at being the next Pocophone, Poco F2.

Redmi K20 & Redmi K20 Pro: What’s The Difference?
The Redmi K20 Pro will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, and the non-Pro Redmi K20 will run on the new Qualcomm chip, the Snapdragon 730. Nothing official is out, but the leaks hint at two devices, one being a Pro model and other a toned-down variant.
The smartphones will be available in three storage models with upto 6GB and 8GB of RAM with 64GB, 128GB and 256GB of storage.
The devices will be available in three colour variations: Carbon Fiber Black, Glacier Blue, and Flame Red.
Redmi K20 Pro will feature a 6.39-inch AMOLED notch-less display with an in-display fingerprint reader and Gorilla Glass 6 protection on top. The smartphone will come with a rear triple camera combination featuring a primary 48MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide lens and 16MP telephoto cameras.
Up front, it will pack in a 20MP pop-up camera inside the pop-up sensor. The company has confirmed the presence of NFC and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The whole package will be backed by a 4,000mAh battery with 27W fast charging facility.
Redmi K20 Pro May Launch As Poco F2 In India: Report
There already has been multiple rumours of the upcoming Redmi flagship to be remodelled as Poco F2. With nearly identical rumours expected it to be the upcoming Poco device, the Redmi K20 Pro may launch as Poco F2 in the country in a few weeks.
The company recently confirmed the launch of a new 48MP device in the country, most probably Mi A3.
Xiaomi will be launching a new device by the end of the month. It will run on the newly launched Snapdragon 730 chip backed by three cameras at the back.
Xiaomi India is yet to comment anything on Poco F2, so it’s better to take this leak with a pinch of salt.
Redmi K20 Pro and Redmi K20 are going to be the first flagships from the new independent company. The devices probably will not come to India, even if they do, the Pro model may arrive as the next Poco F2.
Redmi K20 Pro Live Images Out: Redmi Flagship Live Images
Redmi GM Weibing confirmed that the Redmi flagship will come in two models: Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro. Xiaomi President Lin Bin shared the first real image of the upcoming smartphone.
The image reveals that the smartphone has a pop-up sensor with the three piece rear camera located at the center.
The rear part is not exactly visible, but it seems to be arranged in square, like we have seen on Huawei devices.
The Redmi device dons a blue colour in the image shared, probably the Glacier Blue variant, one of the three colour options. The image doesn’t revealing anything other than the pop-up design and colour option.
The company will confirm the naming today, followed by an imminent launch.
