Realme X Will Have Snapdragon 710, 8GB RAM, Fingerprint Scanner, AMOLED Display, Pop-up Camera
Days before the launch of Realme’s next most anticipated flagship, new and exciting details have emerged about the processor and other display.
Earlier, it was speculated that Realme X will have Snapdragon 730 processor, but now, it is clear that this is not the case.
Realme X Will Have Snapdragon 710 Processor
A new Geekbench listing of Realme X has been revealed, which clearly showcases that Realme X will have Snapdragon 710 processor.
The listing was made for Realme RMX1901 model number, which is Realme X.
As per the listing, Realme RMX1901 model will have SD710 SoC, which will give of 1.71 GHz clocking speed, supported by 8 GB RAM.
While the single-core tests show score of 1506 and the smartphone scored an impressive 5837 in its multi-core test.
The earlier speculations of Snapdragon 730 processor is not true. As of now, SD 730 processor is only available for Galaxy A80 smartphone.
Realme X: Fingerprint Scanner, AMOLED Display, Popup Camera Confirmed
Besides this, new details have emerged, which clearly showcases that Realme X will have a 6.5 inch AMOLED display ( 1080 x 2340 pixels) , which will fully notchless (as we shared earlier), with 91.2% screen-to-body ratio.
The pop-up selfie camera has also been confirmed for this flagship by Realme. Reportedly, Realme has claimed that the pop-up selfie camera can withstand 200,000 times of lifting. Realme X’s battery is speculated to be 3,700mAH.
Besides, in-display fingerprint has also been confirmed, as per the information shared buy Realme on Weibo. This way, it will be Realme’s first smartphone to have in-display fingerprint.
As per earlier speculations, Realme X is expected to have 48-megapixel camera rear camera supported by 5MP sensors, powered by Sony IMX586 sensor. 16-megapixel selfie camera is expected in the front.
These specifications point out to an intense fight between Redmi Note 7 Pro and Realme X, as most of the features are directly competing against the former.
Realme X Launch Date, Variants
Realme X will be launched on May 15th, and will be available in three variants: Realme X, Realme X Youth and Realme X Pro. As per some reports, Realme 3 Pro can be rebranded as Realme X Youth Edition, also called Realme X Lite.
The launch date of Realme X Pro is not confirmed, and most probably, it will have Snapdragon 855 processor.
