XDA Editor-in Chief, Mishaal Rahman, is known for leaking code-names and insider details about upcoming smartphones, and he has proven to be right in most of these cases.
In a recent tweet, Mishaal mentioned three code-names for upcoming Mi smartphones powered by Android, and these are: “bamboo_sprout”, “cosmos_sprout” and “pyxis”.
Now, as per observations by tech specialists, “bamboo_sprout”, “cosmos_sprout” can be Mi A3, and Mi A3 Lite.
As per the tweet by Mishaal, all these three smartphones will be powered by SDM7XX series, which means Snapdragon 700 series.
“Pyxis” is expected to be a successor of Mi 6X.
Further, he reveals that these can be either Snapdragon 710 or Snapdragon 712 processors, but he admits that he is not sure.
