Pixel 2 Pre-Booking

With Pixel 2 making it’s way to India this November, Google is offering a bunch of new deals with Pixel 2 pre-bookings. The pre-orders start on 26th October 2017. Google has freebies & cashback offers with every pre-booking done.

The Pixel 2 will go on sale from November 1, and Pixel 2 XL sales will start on November 15. Both the phones can be pre-booked starting today.

Bluetooth Sennheiser Headphones @ Re. 1

All customers who pre-order any of the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL smartphones before October 31, will get a pair of Sennheiser Bluetooth headphones worth Rs. 11,990/- just by paying Re.1/-!

No-Cost EMI And Cashback

Along with a pair of Sennheiser Bluetooth headphones, you will also get the option to purchase any of the Pixel 2 device at no-cost EMIs starting at Rs. 3,389/- per month. It will be available with all pre-orders. You can score an additional cashback of Rs. 8,000/- if you use HDFC Bank credit cards for EMI transactions. The additional HDFC cashback is only available on EMI transactions and not on outright purchase.

Airtel And Jio Offer

Airtel subscribers will get additional data of up to 120GB for 6 months. Jio is offering benefits up to Rs. 14,999/- on the purchase of any of the Pixel 2 smartphones. This will include 1 year of unlimited voice calling, up to 750GB 4G data, unlimited SMS and complimentary membership of premium Jio applications worth Rs. 9,999/-.

Exchange Offer

There’s also an exchange offer on both the Pixel 2 smartphones, where customers can grab a minimum of Rs. 5,000/- additional exchange bonus if they exchange eligible devices. This exchange offer is only available at Reliance Digital Stores.

All the offers are applicable across both, online as well as offline platforms like Flipkart and participating offline retail stores which include Reliance Digital, Croma and other major stores across the country.

Specifications Overview

The new Pixel Series has two devices – Google Pixel 2 and Google Pixel 2 XL. Both the flagships feature a same set of specifications except for the screen size and battery.

Display

The Pixel 2 sports a 5 inch Cinematic, full HD display with a 1080p resolution, while the Pixel 2 XL sports a 6 inch P-OLED display with a 1440p resolution and the new taller 18:9 aspect ratio.

Hardware

Both the smartphones will be powered by Qualcomm’s current flagship chipset – Snapdragon 835. It will paired with 4GB of RAM.

Software

Both the latest Pixels will run stock Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.

Storage

The smartphones will be available with two storage options – 64GB and 128GB. There is no option for storage expansion. Google has promised unlimited cloud storage for high resolution pictures and videos to all Pixel users.

Camera

Both the smartphones will come with a 12.2MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture. It will have laser auto-focus, dual pixel phase detection, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) as well as Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). It can shoot videos in 4K at 30fps. Up front, there is a 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.4 aperture and fixed focus.

Connectivity

Both the smartphones have Wi-Fi 2.4G, Bluetooth v5.0 and a USB Type C port. The 3.5 mm audio jack is missing in action.

Battery

The Pixel 2 will house a 2700 mAh battery while the bigger Pixel 2 XL will pack in a 3520 mAh battery.

The new Pixels duo will be available at following prices in India.
