Airtel, the largest telecom service provider in India, has good news for foreign companies who are looking to enter India and do business here. The Delhi-based company has launched a program called ‘India with Airtel’ to provide end-to-end connectivity plans to such companies as they start their businesses.

“India with Airtel offers end-to-end telecom and connectivity solutions to companies under one roof, thereby eliminating the challenge of dealing with multiple vendors and integration issues associated with it,” the company said in a release.

The company further added, “The range of services being offered include mobile and fixed telephony, global and domestic data capacity and connectivity solutions, VSAT, VPN, data centre and cloud solutions, VAS and payment and billing integration, M2M, managed services, among others.”

Airtel will be providing these services specifically to those in the digital space. Businesses will also be able to take advantage of the extensive and strong network Airtel has, with Singtel’s partnership across 300 cities.

Ajay Chitkara, Director & CEO – Global Voice & Data Business, Bharti Airtel said, “Given the impetus from the Government’s Make in India’ and ‘Digital India’ initiatives, India is fast becoming a definite strategic market for multinationals across the globe. Given Airtel’s integrated product portfolio, we believe that we are uniquely placed to seamlessly serve the connectivity needs of companies looking to set up businesses in India. Also, companies can leverage Airtel’s deep understanding of the Indian market and leverage our vast customers and distribution network.”

There are plenty of companies like Knowlarity, Ozonetel, Exotel and VoiceTree that provide cloud telephony in India, but these firms are not able to provide fixed line telephony service, something Airtel has expertise in for very long. All the technology will be offered under one roof, making it easier for the foreign company to settle down here.

Bharti Airtel’s market share has increased to 32.7% in the past quarter as it strengthens its voice and data services in India. With the launch of this program, Airtel will be supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘ease of doing business’ vision in India.

With Reliance Jio’s commercial launch around the corner, the telecom giant is launching a string of exciting products and services for its customers. The best card Airtel has played is the ‘all under one roof’ service which will definitely attract a lot of new companies.
