Our Take
There is no doubt that this platform is going to appeal to hundreds and thousands of Indian engineers as well as engineers from other countries who want to work in United States in well known startups.
Before this marketplace was launched, it was extremely difficult for them to move to United States for jobs, unless they joined a large offshore development company. But with that route, it becomes extremely difficult to switch jobs and move to other startups.
Hired.com’s marketplace provides a perfect opportunity for Indian engineers to get directly in touch with Silicon Valley startups.
If you fit the pre-requisites, make sure you do apply. Who knows you may find yourself working for a hot shot startup in Silicon Valley!
