Finally, Blackberry Issue seems to have been resolved – Research in Motion has bowed down to the demands of Indian Government and offered to setup their messaging / Email servers here in India. They have promised to offer full monitoring access to Indian security agencies. They will also have a review in 60 days time.

Couple of days back Mint reported that HCL has partnered with MHRD to distribute $35 tablet. However, we confirmed from reliable sources that it is not the fact, HCL does NOT have any such agreement in place with MHRD. Only confirmation we got is that IIT Rajasthan will be doing field tests over next few month on this much talked about $35 tablet.
