Viacom 18 Will Launch NFT Marketplace In India: Fully Faltoo (Check Full Details)
The Indian media conglomerate Viacom18, a joint venture entity between Network18 and ViacomCBS has announced in a press release dated January 20, 2022, to set foot in the rapidly growing digital space of non-fungible tokens (NFT) by launching its own NFT marketplace, fullyfatoonft.com.
The said JV broadcaster, Viacom18’s YME portfolio lists brands like MTV, MTV Beats, Vh1, Comedy Central and Colors Infinity.

Viacom18’s NFT Marketplace
The blockchain-certified digital art, Non-fungible Tokens or NFTs have gained much popularity after being widely endorsed by brands, artists and celebrities all over, in India and abroad.
In a first of its kind launch in India, Viacom18’s Youth, Music and English Entertainment cluster will launch its own NFT marketplace, Fullyfaltoonft.com, set up by GuardianLink.io, which is a pioneer in the NFT world, stated the media house’s press release.
The press release accessed by Trak.in, states, “This initiative will also mark the extension of the Fully Faltoo franchise that went on from being a show on MTV and a brand solutions studio, to now an NFT marketplace, that will launch its diverse range of digital collectibles.”
The launch of the NFT marketplace is set to go live on Feb 14, 2022 and will offer ‘fully valuable’ digital art conceptualized and created by the Viacom18’s YME team.
The creators and users of the marketplace can enjoy the safety benefits of GuardianLink.io’s Anti-RIP NFT technology, added the release.
Details on Auction at Viacom18’s NFT Marketplace
Through the platform, users can get the opportunity to claim ownership over their edgy and unique digital art pieces, while the marketplace’s exclusive collectibles will also have digital art pieces inspired by iconic pop culture properties like Roadies and Bakra, and shall be auctioned globally.
Users can purchase NFTs at a set auction price, as industry standard security layers would be enabled.
In order to make a purchase, users will be required to register on the platform, and the purchase would only be made by using a custodian wallet.
