Xiaomi 12 Live Images Out, Launch Tomorrow: Xiaomi 12, Expected India Release?
Xiaomi 12 live images and promo video has been revealed ahead of launch. Xiaomi 12 series will ship with the all-new MIUI 13 pre-installed. Xiaomi will launch the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12 Pro tomorrow in China succeeding the Mi 11 line-up. The upcoming phones will be the first in the world to run on Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. The newly leaked images confirm that Xiaomi 12 Pro will come in four colour options: Black, Pink, Green, and Blue.
Coming to Xiaomi 12 Pro specifications, it is expected to feature a 6.73-inch Samsung E5 AMOLED LTPO display with support for 2K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The punch-hole on the Xiaomi phone will house a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
The rear camera setup on Xiaomi 12 Pro will have three 50-megapixel cameras, a 1/1.28-inch Sony IMX707 primary camera with an f/1.9 aperture, a Samsung S5KJN1 telephoto sensor, and a Samsung S5KJN1 ultrawide lens with a 115-degree FOV.
The phone will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with LPPDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage running on MIUI 13 based Android 12 OS backed by a 4,600mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The vanilla Xiaomi 12 leak will have a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor. It will pack in a hole-punch curved Full HD+ display and an in-built fingerprint sensor. Xiaomi 12 will support 67W fast charging with 4,500mAh battery, to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC with 8GB of RAM.
Xiaomi 12 will also run on MIUI 13 with 30W wireless charging support and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
The base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB is said to be priced at CNY 3,699 (around Rs 43,575).
Xiaomi 12 will come with a smaller 6.28 inch screen with a 69.9mm width, a Full HD+ panel offering 120Hz refresh rate and 16,000 nits of brightness along with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, rumored to have already received an “A+” score from DisplayMate. Xiaomi 12 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, to run on MIUI 13, backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 67W wired charging and 30W wireless charging.
