Capgemini Hiring BSc, BCA Graduates, Offering Rs 2.75 Lakh Salary: But Only These Candidates Eligible (How To Apply?)

And even as the pandemic recedes, the growth of our sector is still continuing. To attain this growth many companies are inducting fresh talent.
Capgemini invites applications from freshers
Recently Capgemini, a French multinational information technology services and consulting company, which has a wide presence in India, announced that it will conduct pooled campus drive for BCA and BSc graduates – 2022 batch.
In India enrolls over 150,000 people working across 13 locations: Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, Salem, and Tiruchirappalli.

Interested candidates should note that the last date to register is December 12. For all the new recruits the company has decided a CTC of ?275,000.00 per annum.
The Eligibility Criteria is as follows :
Notably, the company has notified that only candidates graduating in 2022 batch are eligible to apply. Only candidates with BCA or BSc (open for Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Statistics, Mathematics branches only) are asked to apply. They should have 55% and above in Graduation (till 4 semesters or 2 years).
All the selected candidates will be required to sign a 2-year Service Level Agreement at the time of joining. The candidates should also be flexible to work from any Capgemini location, across technology/domain and should be flexible to work in shifts.
People with a gap of more than 1 year between XII and Graduation are not eligible to apply. Candidate appeared for XII twice, will be considered provided both the mark sheets are available At the same time, candidates should not take more than 3 years to complete BCA / BSc
At the time of the process, candidates should not have any backlog. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the test assessment/selection process
The company has informed that the Entire Selection process from test to interview will be done in virtual mode. Also, the candidates will be responsible for arranging the required infrastructure for the virtual hiring process.
The assessment process is as follows:
The candidates will be assessed in four steps. At first, they will have to appear for Multiple choice questions-based English Communication Test. Then they will appear for a Game-based aptitude test. In the next stage, candidates’ behavioral competency profiling will be done. According to the company, only those candidates who have cleared the test assessment will be invited for the interview.
