Bank Of Baroda To Conduct e-Mega Auction; Multiple Properties Available On Sale

The Bank of Baroda has tweeted about the e-auction and it states that there will be different types of properties put up at great prices for auction. 

As per the tweet, “Here’s your chance to buy a property you like! #BankofBaroda presents Mega e-Auction on 22nd October 2021, where you can get a property of your choice with ease. Know more  https://bit.ly/3y6R68U”

This auction is being held under the SARFAESI Act on October 22, 2021.

Interested people can buy property across the country, which also includes houses, flats, office space, land/plots and industrial properties.

How To Buy Properties On E-Auction?

As we all know, the properties whose loans have not been repaid will now be placed on auction by the banks. These properties are then put up for auction by the (Indian Banks Auctions Mortgaged Properties Information) portal from time to time.

The State Bank of India is also conducting a similar e-auction of mortgaged commercial and residential properties of defaulters to recover bank dues on October 25. The bank has tweeted, “Your next big investment opportunity is here! Join us during the e-auction and place your best bid.”

Here are some things that you need to know if you are interested in buying properties in the auction conducted by the Bank of Baroda:

  1. Firstly, log in to the official website of the Bank for further details.
  2. You can also visit the eBkray portal of Indian Banks Auctions Mortgaged Properties Information (IBAPI).
  3. You can also directly access the portal without registration/login.
  4. Next, potential bidders will be able to select segmented data bank-wise and as per location across banks.
