 TCS Salary Structure

The salary depends on several factors like the academic degree of the employee, experience and sometimes differ due to the location. TCS has revised their rating and appraisal process.

TCS now pays its software developers a salary of Rs 5,08,304 per year. Usually a minimum and maximum salary of Rs 2,83,856 and Rs 8,72,128 per year, based on their experience.

Employees with less than 1 year of experience have an average pay of Rs 314,491. There are bonus amount and profit disbursement which sums up to a good package.

An average salary of a data warehouse developer in tcs is approximately Rs 5,12,313 per year, the maximum salary can sometimes go above or near Rs 8 lakh.

Software testing engineers earn around Rs 4,83,873 per year annually. TCS offers Rs 2,32,540 and Rs 8,28,717 minimum and maximum annual salary to the testing engineer as per experience. Tcs also pays well to senior consultant, data analyst, Ux designer, project lead etc.

TCS Hiring Process

TCS will be hiring over 40,000 freshers from campuses in India in the fiscal year 2021-22.

 Milind Lakkad had recently said “From the campus in India, we hired 40,000 last year. We will continue to hire and hire 40,000 or more this year in India,”

He added that the coronavirus pandemic-related restrictions do not pose any difficulties in hiring and added that last year, a total of 3.60 lakh freshers had appeared for an entrance test virtually.
