TCS, SonyLiv Join Forces To Deploy AI In OTT Programming: How Will It Work?
The Mumbai-based information technology giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced to have entered into a strategic partnership with the Indian over-the-top (OTT) platform, SonyLIV on Tuesday.
As a market paragon in the tech sector, TCS will help SonyLIV to generate a business model, which will not only be innovative but also equipped with the latest digital technologies, thereby providing a better experience to the OTT platform’s audience base.

Both TCS and SonyLIV, are big names in their respective industry sectors. To have partnered, is surely something which will add to both of these organizations’ advantage.
TCS will let the OTT platform make complete use of its next-generation digital capabilities, along with its global expertise and industry knowledge, to create a redefined map for SonyLIV’s platform in India and global markets.
TCS will also incorporate its genius on artificial intelligence and machine learning, to provide a personalized experience to SonLIV’s subscribers, on all sorts of devices.
It will also help SonyLIV use data and insights to monetize content and create new revenue streams,as stated in TCS’ release.
In order to accelerate innovation, TCS has announced to establish a world-class Experience Design Center, where it will leverage its innovation labs to deploy its Location Independent Agile Model.
These all will be done by TCS to help the OTT platform introduce the state-of-the art and paragon features to users, well before the market does.
The partnership will result in SonyLIV reimagining the customer experience and engagement, enhancing its brand, establishing competitive differentiation in the marketplace and driving growth, adds the statement.
