Previously MIUI 12 bug was letting phones enter an endless reboot cycle. The update disables Xiaomi smartphones including Mi, Redmi and Poco series to restart again and again without any exit. Mi, Redmi, and Poco users are facing an issue that puts their phones into a bootloop, making them restart again and again. The phones receive an error: Find Device closed unexpectedly. Xiaomi has promised a fix soon.
Several users have reported unexpected errors installing the latest versions of MIUI 12. Multiple devices have fallen into the endless reboot cycle, without any option to go back.
You can only exit the reboot cycle by resetting to factory settings leading to loss of all data.
The newly launched Poco X3 is one of the phones with the endless reboot problem. So, the MIUI 12 update on any of the latest Xiaomi phones can end up as a software error. The smartphones facing similar problems are said to be facing a typical software conflict between the latest firmware and the Airtel operator applications in India.

The Mi Camera application with the latest updates have caused serious problems to the phone’s stability.

The list of problems include: disconnection of Internet from second SIM, screen flickering while being charging, lower frame rates in games, high power consumption, delays in taking screenshots, heating and much more.
The MIUI 12.2.1.0 update comes with a bunch of issues and troubles. Xiaomi is working on a fix, and have currently paused the distribution of the firmware. The company also suggested users not to manually install the latest MIUI 12 update until the problems are fixed, or your Mi flagship could be heavily compromised.
Bug 2: MIUI 12 Update Crashing Phones, Endless Reboot Cycle
Xiaomi informed that certain lines of codes are misbehaving during an app update. A fix has also been promised by the company shortly. The issue has been reported by multiple Mi, Redmi, and Poco devices including Mi 10T Pro, Mi 10, Redmi K20 Pro, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 7 Pro, Redmi Note 9 Pro Max and Poco X3.

Though nothing has been officially confirmed or reported, so there’s no guarantee that the MIUI 12 problem will not occur with any other application. The official Xiaomi support forum updated a similar MIUI 12 bug last month, and it was soon removed and is now only available in the Google cache.
Xiaomi is yet to confirm which app is causing the bug, but early speculations hint at Airtel Thanks app. Airtel Global CIO Harmeen Mehta recently tweeted that the telco is working to find the cause soon a fix will be announced. Also, the company has made a small tweak within the Airtel Thanks app to temporarily resolve the problem.
