The Micromax In 1A launch date is on November 3. The In series will be unveiled on the same day which will include Micromax In 1 as well. The company will launch two phones in the series: Micromax In 1 and Micromax In 1A on November 3, the Indian smartphone company has officially confirmed.

Micromax In availability is yet to be confirmed, though Flipkart seems like the probable online partner.

Micromax is all set to invest Rs 500 crore in R&D to develop products based on Indian needs for the new-age consumers in the country. 

Micromax In Specs: Micromax In 1A Specs, Micromax In 1 Specs

As leaked on Geekbench, Micromax In 1a specifications are out. Micromax In 1A will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G35 processor. As per the listing, the In 1a is powered by the G35 chipset with an octa-core CPU running at 2.30GHz and is paired with 4GB of RAM, running on Android 10 out-of-the-box.

The devices will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 and MediaTek Helio G35 processors respectively. Micromax In 1 will be powered by MediaTek Helio G85 with top-end features and specifications.

Micromax In 1A with Helio G35 is said to feature a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 3GB RAM and up to 32GB storage. 

Micromax In 1A battery is going to be a sizable 5,000mAh unit. In 1a storage will be up to 3GB RAM, and 32GB internal storage. Micromax In 1A 2GB RAM variant is said to come with a 13MP + 2MP dual-camera setup, while the In 1A 3GB RAM option will feature a 13MP triple camera system.

The Micromaxs ‘In’ smartphone series will be priced between Rs 7,000 to Rs 10,000 in the county. Micromax In 1 price may start at Rs 9,999 while the Micromax In 1A price will start at Rs 7,999 or lower. Micromax In 1 price in India is expected to be priced Rs 9,999 for the base model. There will be different variants under In 1 series with multiple storage options.

Micromax In 1A price in India may start at Rs 7,999 or Rs 6,999. In 1A will target phones as Realme C12, Redmi 9i, Infinix Hot 9 and such in the sub-budget category.

Micromax currently has two manufacturing facilities: Bhiwadi and Hyderabad. It has a capacity to produce over 20 lakh phones per month. Micromax has a retail presence in more than 10,000 outlets with over 1,000 service centres across the country. 

New Micromax ‘In’ Brand: Can Micromax In Phones Work?

Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma shared an emotional video announcing the company’s re-entry in the smartphone space. The video shared Micromax’s journey from being the number one smartphone brand to losing almost everything and the mistakes the company made.

He plans to put a stop to use of Chinese smartphones in the Indian market. The new Micromax brand will be called ‘In’.

The company is said to be already working on the new segment of products for around 8-9 months now. The new Micromax In mobiles will focus in the mid-range section.

Also, the co-founder confirmed that Micromax will no more be manufacturing phones worth Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000. Upcoming Micromax In phones will fall in the range of Rs 7,000 to 10,000, Rs 10,000 to Rs 15,000 and Rs 20,000 to 25,000.

Upcoming Micromax In mobiles will be available from early next month. 

The entire Micromax lineup will fall under the latest ‘In’ brand. The phones are said to be ready, and the upcoming Micromax mobiles will hit the market by the end of the year. Not only phones, Micromax In brand will also sell connected devices under the same brand as Micromax ACs, TVs and other products.
