The new Redmi K30S has been teased, and it’s going to be a more affordable version of the recently unveiled Redmi K30 Ultra. Poco X4 price will also remain in the same bracket as Poco X3.
Redmi K30S was recently teased online on Chinese microblogging website Weibo.
The leaked information about Redmi K30S revealed that the device will come with similar specs as Redmi K30 Ultra powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The same Redmi K30S may come to India as a rebranded Poco X4.
Poco recently confirmed that it sold more than a million Poco smartphones at the Flipkart Big Billion Day sale. So expect some quick launches from Poco in India in short intervals. Poco M3 Pro may also launch in a while.
Poco X4 In India: Rebranded Redmi K30S?
Reports of Poco X4 being rebranded in India seem possible. Xiaomi hasn’t brought the Redmi K30 series to India, and Poco X2 was the only phone to come as rebranded Redmi K30. While Poco X3 was an original, the next generation Poco X4 could be a Redmi K30S spin-off. Given the company brings quality value-for-money phones, the decision won’t go wrong.
Poco X2 was a straightaway hit, and Poco X3 sales are picking up.
Leaked Redmi K30S information shared by Digital Chat Station confirms Redmi K30S will come with a Snapdragon 865 processor, and skip the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ processor, which powers the Redmi K30 Ultra. Poco X4 could come with Snapdragon 750G, the new Qualcomm mid-range chip.
Poco X4 / Redmi K30S will come with a 120Hz refresh rate display. The device will support 5G running on Google’s Android 10 with the company’s own MIUI 12 skin on top. Poco X4 will have a special customised Poco launcher on top.
Redmi K30S was recently spotted on a TENAA certification. To add to the new, the Redmi K30S could be a rebranded phone as well. K30S could be a rebranded Mi 10T. In that case, the device has already made its way to India.
Poco X4 Launch, Poco X4 Price: Poco X4 India Price 16,999?
Redmi K30S is tipped to launch at an affordable price, cheaper than the current Redmi K30 Ultra. Poco X4 price in India is expected to start at the same Rs 16,999 as the predecessors, given the device is powered by Snapdragon 750G and the Snapdragon 865.
Redmi K30 Ultra price starts at Yuan 1,999 for the 6GB RAM model offering 128GB storage. Poco X4 launch will happen in early 2021. Poco X4 launch in India will be confirmed by the brand soon before the leaks start to pour in.
