Kia’s third product in the Indian automobile market, the Kia Sonet costs between Rs 6.71 – 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The car was launched through a global digital event in August and has managed to zoom past most vehicles to become another popular model by Kia. the SUV comes with a 1.2-litre petrol engine (83 PS/113 Nm) and a 1.0-liter three-cylinder turbo petrol motor (120 PS/172 Nm).
Honda City
Honda’s immensely popular car is priced at Rs. 9.29 – 9.99 Lakh (Ex-showroom). The car comes with a 1.5-litre petrol engine and a 5-speed manual. There are two variants of the car – SV and V, which are priced at Rs 9.30 lakh and Rs 10 lakh respectively.
Hyundai Creta
Hyundai’s 5 seater mid-size SUV is priced between Rs. 9.81 – 17.20 Lakh (ex-showroom) and is the top-selling SUV in the country. The car comes with a 1.5-liter petrol engine, a 1.5-liter diesel engine variant, and a 1.4-liter turbo-petrol engine. Also, a 6-speed manual transmission is offered with the 1.5-liter diesel and petrol engine.
Mahindra Thar
Mahindra’s Thar is a robust 4 seater SUV priced at Rs 9.80 lakh to Rs 13.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The car is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine and 2.2-litre diesel engine. Both the engines come with a 6 speed manual transmission by default and automatic transmission if asked for.
Toyota Urban Cruiser
Toyota’s Urban Cruiser, with a price range between Rs. 8.40 – 11.30 Lakh (Ex-showroom), is a five seater SUV. There are six variants available for this car – Mid, Mid AT, High, High AT, Premium, and Premium AT. the car is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine and comes with features like LED headlamps and tail lamps, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, rain-sensing wipers etc.
